IRVEA Institute is a multidisciplinary organization that operates worldwide to improve the quality of food products and services offered by Restaurants and Hotels.

IRVEA Institute is located at the Chamber of Commerce of Parma has the aim of providing great professionalism in the world of food (olive oil, cheese, charcuterie …) and wine in a period in which it is very important to understand the importance of quality of the product and the need to suggest combinations in the catering sector.
