This three-day technical course is full of guided tours in olive mills built tailor-made with technologies from the different brands of the leading manufacturers, practical tests and tastings.
The course is made particularly interesting because it is conducted inside olive mills during production, so participants will be able to actively interact with the Olive Mill Master for the evaluation of any possible variations, gain hands-on experience and deal directly with raw materials, different technologies and products processing.
The study of post-extraction quality control system for filtering, blending, bottling, shelf life, labeling and marketing is particularly interesting.
This course is aimed at operators of processing plants, technicians and those involved in blending, packaging and marketing olive oil. During the course, experts with specific expertise will cover all topics related to the different areas of the olive mill, from harvesting to extraction, from raw material quality control to bottling, from commercial product selection to logistics, and even credit guarantee.
