Goals of the program

  • To promote knowledge and awareness of the quality of different kinds of extra virgin olive oils and of the agri-food products typical in the various territories, for a conscious purchase and a rational use;
  • To promote knowledge of sensory analysis and to train Olive Oil Sommeliers: not simple tasters, but experts in the evaluation for the classification of olive oils and their correct use.

A committee of celebrity chefs, journalists and food bloggers will judge and award prizes to original, innovative dishes prepared by young chefs, food bloggers and cooking enthusiasts using the winning oils of ARMONIA Competition.

The oils will be presented anonymously to the participants who must select them, according to the established format and regulations.
