A course for tasters, enthusiasts, professionals and lovers of olive oil and good food
A course for all those who wish to deepen their knowledge of olive oil in all its aspects, productive, commercial and secret on the multiple uses, including “alternative uses” of oil in cooking, catering and in the most diverse ways of use and above all in the harmonization of oil and food on the plate.
A journey to discover oil “from the earth to the table“.
A theoretical and practical course to train Olive Oil Sommelier: enthusiasts and professionals with specific skills in the evaluation and choice of quality EVOOs, able to guide the restaurateur and the consumer towards an informed choice and transforming costs into profit opportunities for the restaurateur and for the retail trade.
A course that will allow participants to taste over 60 oils from different international and varietal origins.
Upon successful completion of the tests, the Sensory Attitude Certificate will be issued selective, which will certify the skills acquired and allow enrollment in the International Register of Olive Oil Experts.
New olive oil professionals enrolled in the Register have the opportunity to be part of a professional olive oil evaluation panel or be sworn in international olive oil competitions.
