In compliance with the obligations arising from national legislation (D. Lgs 30 June 2003 n. 196, Code on the protection of personal data) and Community legislation, (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, This site respects and protects the confidentiality of visitors and users, making every possible effort and proportionate not to infringe the rights of users.

This privacy policy applies only to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site.

It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.


Legal basis of processing


This site processes the data on the basis of consent. By using or browsing this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below.

Data collected and purposes


Like all websites, this site also makes use of log files in which information collected in an automated way during user visits is stored.


This website has a form for sending messages, and a registration form for the newsletter service, and any request forms for particular services and content.


The information collected through all these services of the website, common and non-sensitive, could be the following:


– first name and surname,

– email;

– telephone.


The above information is processed in automated form and collected in aggregate form in our database, for the exclusive purpose of providing the newsletter to our subscribers and receiving messages from website visitors, as well as for security reasons (from 25 May 2018 this information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner).

For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause harm to other users, or otherwise harmful activities or constitute a crime. Such data are never used for the identification or profiling of the user, but only for the protection of the site and its users (from 25 May 2018 such information will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the owner).


IRVEA.ORG also uses the user’s IP address for purely statistical purposes, through GA monitoring, and for the purpose of analyzing preferences and browsing methods of website visitors.


Finally, the IP address is also acquired by third-party cookies (Google Youtube and Vimeo), if the user decides to accept the subscription to our TV channels Youtube and Vimeo, and is used only for the purposes and purposes of those services provided by these third parties.


The Website is currently closed to comments, but if in the future you should opt to insert a comment form, logical consequence is that with a comment or other information within the website, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular consents that the content inserted is freely distributed to third parties. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary to provide the service. The information that users of the site will consider to make public through the services and tools made available to them, are provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any liability for any violations of laws.


It is up to the user to verify that they have permission to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.


The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and stored for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activities specified. In any case, the data collected by the site will never be provided to third parties, for any reason, unless it is a legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in the cases provided for by law.


The data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are stored for 7 days.

Cookie

This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks provided by the Green Nature template, created by the Goodlayers Company in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. These plugins are programmed so as not to set any cookies when accessing the page, to safeguard the privacy of users. In the event that the data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests, the rights of the data subjects to the processing are guaranteed (except the right to portability that is not provided for by the rules)in particular the right to object to the processing that can be exercised by sending a request to the data controller.
